Excellent Stay

The room was comfortable. The bathroom seemed recently renovated and featured double sinks along with a rainfall shower head. The front desk staff offered assistance with dinner recommendations and reservations. They also helped secure ferry and castle tickets before our arrival.

The hotel is wonderfully charming and clean with comfortable amenities. It is also within easy walking distance from museums, shops and other sights. The hotel has a fine restaurant and offers room service.

The breakfast offered a great view. The brasserie restaurant food was amazing. It was lovely sitting on the canal and enjoying wine and cheese.

The staff was professional and ready to help plus very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff members were attentive and helped with finding good restaurants and stores and providing directions. They provided wonderful attention to details.

The staff was superb. I found them very helpful and pleasant! The room was large. It was comfortable, and it had a lovely view over the canal! The bathroom was also nice and large.
The room was cold. I booked it as a triple room. It was a double plus a sofa bed! Other furniture was not removed, so it was crowded.
