the hotel was very close to the station. breakfast had a great choice of items. staff were kind.
My room was quite small. Squeezing past the bed was difficult. the air conditioning made clicking noises. the tv remote did not work well at all.

the location was very convenient near the rail station. cleanliness was noticeable throughout the hotel. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
the room was very tiny but quite pricey at 180 euros per night for one person. i stayed in room 309 where the bed was placed in a corner. i could not connect to the wifi .

The staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean and it was well appointed for a comfortable stay. It also included a coffee machine and electric jug. I found the location convenient as it was close to the train station.
I booked a room with a balcony and city views, however i did not receive it.

the location is super convenient. it is next to atocha station. the breakfast had many choices. the room was very clean. i appreciated the efficient housekeeping service that kept everything tidy .
the tv in my room did not work. i contacted the staff, but no one came to fix it. this was a little disappointing.
