Fantastic Hotel, Highly Recommended!

The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially Nat at the front desk!!! I loved the excellent food and cocktails at the rooftop bar. I really liked they let me decline a room cleaning and get two free drinks instead. The room was modern with great features. The bathroom was really nice!!!

The staff provided very helpful service, and Anna, the hotel manager, welcomed me so warmly. Assala and Diego at the guest desk helped arrange trips around the city and other destinations, a very welcome assistance.

Breakfast offered many options, including warm dishes like grilled vegetables, salads, and eggs, I really enjoyed my daily coffee. The rooftop terrace also served great food, I was very happy with the variety.

The hotel has a good location and offers convenient connections to the city center and the airport. It's approximately a 30-minute walk to the beach and the train station. It was very easy to get there.

The rooftop swimming pool is really amazing. The whole area is a highlight and so clean!!! The gym included up-to-date equipment and provided what I needed for my routine. There is also paid parking available close to the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and lovely, I had lots of space. Each room features a minifridge, a very handy extra to have. The rooms have all facilities you would expect for a very comfortable stay.

the hotel provided complimentary drinks for opting out of daily room cleaning a gesture i found acceptable.
i found the hotel to be slightly dated particularly the reception area the seating looked quite worn the breakfast buffet offered a basic and limited selection it could be improved with more variety and better presentation the outside area lacked sufficient illumination making it difficult to see especially in the evenings posing a safety concern.

I found the room spacious. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was lovely. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Nat. The location is great with a tram line across the road. It is only two stops into the center.

Our Superior Double or Twin Room had plenty of space for three adults. The room included practical amenities, such as a mini-fridge and a safe. Everything was clean and well maintained. This added a positive note to our experience.

I stayed here for five nights and liked it. My check-in was quick. The hotel offers free drink vouchers in exchange for declining room cleaning. I used the rooftop pool. It had many lounge chairs.
The room had some street noise. I would have liked quieter windows.
