The location IS really convenient. It's located right next to a metro entrance, so traveling was very easy. The room had a modern design and the size was decent. The staff provided excellent customer service, particularly at check-in. They were polite.

The location was perfect for accessing EU institutions and public transportation, convenient.
The payment system proved problematic. The hotel placed two separate holds on my card at check-in and check-out. The money was not returned to my account until a week later and only after multiple contacts with the hotel and my bank, quite irritating.

the hotel is very close to the maalbeek metro station, near the b12 bus stop. this makes it easy for airport transfers and getting around the city using metro lines. the breakfast selection is expansive. i enjoyed that i had so many choices to make, so i could eat smaller portions if i wanted to. i would have liked some more coffee capsules in the room though.
the shower temperature was hard to regulate. it was difficult to adjust to find a right temperature.
