large room friendly staff good cleanliness
The room size was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I appreciate that. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also very good.
The gym seemed a bit small relative to the hotel's overall size. It could use some extra equipment.

good breakfast spacious parking near mall wrong information non-functional lights standard size
the breakfast was so good. i really like the room. its so near the mall. parking are very good too, very spacious.
upon check in, i ask for pass to motor museum, i was told it closed at 20:30h so would be ok only to find the museum closed at 20:00h. i was too late by 15 minutes. the room was of a standard size, most of the lights does not work.

the room was large and CLEAN. i found the metro station very close by providing easy access to many areas.

Amazing Hotel Experience!
generous room effortless parking convenient location
The room size was generous, and the beds were comfortable. Parking was effortless with plenty of available spaces. I found the proximity to the subway stop convenient. Retail therapy was easily accessible with a shopping center nearby. I had a very POSITIVE experience overall.
The gym was smaller than expected for such a large hotel, a minor inconvenience.
