helpful staff luggage storage amazing breakfast
i found the staff helpful at check-in. they stored my luggage promptly. the breakfast selection was amazing with fresh fruit. the location allowed easy access to major attractions, including the egyptian museum a short walk away.
the air conditioning system seemed to have limitations at certain times of the year, which led to a warmer room at night.

mixed experience at this hotel
useless thermostat street noise
the location was acceptable for exploring the area (i could walk to most places i wanted to see).
The thermostat in my room seemed useless, and i found it hard to regulate the temperature. opening the window was my only option, but then street noise kept me awake. It was quite irritating. also, the lack of usb connectors in the room was frustrating. I reminded me of i stepped back in time.

the location is near many major attractions. many dining options are also within walking distance! the staff is always available to answer questions and arrange transportation.

beautiful common area breakfast selection quick staff response central location
the hotel boasts a beautiful common area near reception. it featured seating both with and without tables. i found a wide selection of meats, cheeses, and fruits during breakfast. the staff responded quickly to all my requests.
The room was a bit small for a five-star hotel. It felt more like a three-star room.

adequate, but some issues persist
small room uncomfortable bathroom
the breakfast had a VERY wide selection of meats and cheeses, acceptable.
My room was quite small for a supposed 5 star hotel. the bathroom was terribly uncomfortable. I could barely move around in it unless i locked the door. it reminded me of i traveled back in time.
