underwhelming stay near the wharf
decent locationsmall bedno apology
the location was decent. close to some tourist spots.
my room wasn't ready at check-in. instead of a sincere apology, they "upgraded" me to a room with two small beds, definitely not the large bed i booked for my trip. it was quite a letdown.

I arrived after a long trip, and luis greeted me with a smile. he escorted me to my room and offered food and drink recommendations. throughout my stay, luis always greeted me by name and ensured my stay was comfortable. His courteousness impressed me.
the hotel parking was expensive, however, the car was safe.

the hotel is near many attractions. fisherman's wharf is within walking distance, and the cable car turnaround is close by. the maritime museum is next door, offering insight into local history. i found the area very convenient.

the location was excellent. it was close to pier 39 and fisherman's wharf (i even managed to walk to ghirardelli square). my room had a view of alcatraz. i found the room spacious.
the lighting in the room was quite dim.

I adored the hotel's fantastic location near fisherman's wharf, so we could easily walk to the attractions. the staff offered us complimentary bottled water, lovely after our journey. our room even had a great view of the bay and alcatraz. It felt very special.
The restaurant felt average and expensive. It seemed to lack a special spark.
