Central Location, Quiet Stay

I found reception staff friendly. They managed our late check in well. The hotel's location felt perfect. Many sightseeing places were within walking distance, also the area stayed peaceful.
My room was above a loading bay, very noisy. This happened from very early, for both mornings of my stay. This needs fixing.

The hotel provides a good selection of drinks available for purchase. The mini bar quality felt nice. Breakfast begins early at seven, this helps in planning your daily activities. Breakfast is available in the breakfast area.

I had a big room. It included everything you could need. There was a separate room for my son. A large terrace overlooked the courtyard.

The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel kept us updated on access to my room. Check-in details felt very clear as we arrived after reception closed. Daily housekeeping ensures a bedroom cleanliness.

The hotel sits in a lovely courtyard. It is off the main road, very central to everything. Alexander Platz and Christmas markets are within a five minute walk. A wide number of public transport stops are super close.

The hotel had a very good location near Museum Island. An underground station was also quite close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and also helpful.
The room overlooked a loading bay. This area was very noisy, especially early in the mornings (i stayed for several days). The wifi did not work properly, i did not have phone signal either.

The location was super convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful with tips for getting around the city. I really appreciated being able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. It made my travel day much smoother.
I found that there was no breakfast at the hotel, but cafes nearby opened pretty late.
