firm pillows thick duvets

the pillows felt too firm for me, i really wanted something softer. also, it was quite warm . the provided duvets were thick, i found it too hot to sleep comfortably. it was hard to get good sleep because the curtains didn't block out light at all in the morning, very frustrating.

meal variety vegan option quiet area smart tv viewing option spotty wifi

the breakfast buffet had a large variety of meals. there were also vegan options available. easy public transport connections existed to the airport. the hotel is set in a very quiet area.

the tv was not a smart tv. there were no options for viewing for non-german speaking guests. the wifi was spotty and it didn't work very well.

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is very close to Friedrichstraße station. The staff was helpful, and they spoke good English, which I appreciated. The interiors were lovely.

The hotel room seemed a bit dated. The noise from other rooms was noticeable (especially late at night). The internet connection was also quite poor.
