acceptable but underwhelming experience

beautiful decor stylish decor noisy room small room
the hotel was beautifully decorated and stylish.
the room proved very noisy and small for the price, i could hear every footstep from the room above, it wasn't acceptable.

absolute seafront perfection!

amazing decor plentiful breakfast friendly staff
the decor was amazing i particularly loved the artwork and the rich colours throughout the hotel it gave everything a luxe feel the breakfast was so plentiful and delicious i tried the porridge with honey mixed with a wee dram of whisky it was a tasty experience the staff were friendly and engaging i felt very welcome there
the small circular wooden pub tables in the dining area made it a bit difficult to manage all the dishes at once it was slightly cramped

the hotel features cozy sitting rooms perfect for enjoying tea or drinks after a day out exploring i found the library especially inviting it had such a warm atmosphere. the decor included whimsical art and richly colored walls it created a visually appealing environment throughout the hotel i enjoyed exploring these spaces.

the hotel is situated on the seafront this offers lovely views i enjoyed watching the bay from the sitting room and the dining area i found the location to be very convenient. downtown is easily accessible with a flat walk it makes it easy to get around.

the staff were cute and helpful i got lovely suggestions for dinner spots and directions to local attractions i felt very looked after . the breakfast service was quick and efficient i found the team members to be attentive and responsive to requests.

the staff was always ready to help! the room was clean, and breakfast tasted great, EVERYTHING was just right. the shower WAS also amazing.

lukewarm breakfast thin walls
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, honestly. it was pre-ordered, but arrived lukewarm. the walls felt thin too. I could hear other guests chatting and even using their bathrooms. not exactly the peaceful getaway i was hoping for.

small size poor sound insulation
The room décor was certainly unique, yet the small size barely accommodated luggage. It felt more like a stylish display than a practical space. the thin walls provided little sound insulation. I could hear every footstep and conversation from adjacent rooms. A peaceful night it was not.
