the room was spacious and super clean. the helpful staff explained all the room details perfectly. the location felt so close to the docks.

The staff was helpful with directions.
The room felt quite cramped. The shower pressure was very weak. It was difficult to wash properly. The prepackaged breakfast was also underwhelming. The croissant felt stale, and the yogurt seemed like something from a discount store (i really expected more).

lovely bonuscomfortable bednoisy ventilation
the staff were really good. upon arrival, i found a complimentary minibar, a lovely bonus after traveling. it included a selection of drinks which was a welcome treat. the room's design was gorgeous, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.
i found the bathroom ventilation to be quite noisy. it ran almost constantly throughout the night, somewhat disruptive. i needed a quiet environment to properly relax.

My stay included nice extras. The staff was professional. My room was a generous size and quiet. I enjoyed the complimentary bubbly and mince pies in front of the fire. It was a wonderful way to end a great night out. I shall be back.
