the breakfast selection was a excellent and offered a good choice. i found the room very nice with a comfy bed. the staff was wonderful and very helpful. i would definitely go again in a blink.
the plumbing did make a loud noise each time i did run the tap.

the location provides easy access to nearby attractions, being about twenty minutes by car from st michael's mount and lizard point. also, there is public transport in front of the door to make moving around easier.

the room had adequate storage and hanging space. it also included amenities such as a tv, heated towel rail, fan, and kettle. i found only one comfortable chair, but a folding table proved useful. kim assisted us with luggage storage while we explored the area.
the plumbing created very loud noises each time a tap ran. this could disturb other guests when using water at night or early morning.

the location was good. the rooms had comfy beds. Breakfast offered a great choice for cooked items, fruit, and yoghurts.
the b&b is right next to a pub and the windows let in A LOT of noise until the pub closed. the window in one of our rooms was broken and this let in a cold draft.

The proximity to a pub resulted in considerable noise late into the night. (This affected sleep quality.) I noticed the shower pressure was quite low. This contrasts with what one expects in a three-star hotel.
