adequate stay, but could be better
tired room cramped breakfast
The room definitely showed its age. things felt a little worn, and honestly, for the price, i was expecting a bit more freshness. also, the breakfast being served in the room was a bit cramped. A dedicated breakfast area would have been much better.

friendly staff helpful staff natural light great shower
the staff were very friendly and helpful to me. breakfast was served in the room, it was so nice. the room was clean with good natural light from the bay window. i liked the shower, it worked great.
there was no room for the suitcase in my room, it was a little inconvenient.

This hotel is close to the quay. It was easy for me to walk there. the scilly ferry is near the hotel. car parking at the pub overnight is available on request.

the team were efficient, i think. baggage help was given by reception. vegan breakfast is available on request. the staff are very cute, i must say, and always ready to help you.

basic lodging experience
luggage space pub noise
the location proves handy to nearby spots.
the room lacked space for luggage, i found this inconvenient, and the breakfast setup felt crammed. additionally, the noise from the pub persisted until closing time, disrupting rest. it made for a challenge to unwind and prepare for my travels.

helpful staff room service fabulous shower flat pillows loud noise small space
THE staff was AMAZING and SUPER helpful. I enjoyed breakfast SO much, it was served right in the room. The shower facilities were FABULOUS.
The pillows were REALLY flat, so not the best sleep. The pub being downstairs was a bit NOISY when i was trying to sleep. There was not enough space in the room for my luggage.

friendly staff early breakfast vegan breakfast flat pillows pub noise banging window
The staff was friendly. they made our lives easier i believe. breakfast was delivered to my room. It could be early enough to make the scillonian sailing. vegan breakfast was also available upon request.
the pillows felt flat. the noise from the pub continued until closing time. the window made a banging sound sometimes.
