Absolutely Amazing Stay!
spacious apartment clean apartment
i loved the super friendly staff! the apartment felt very spacious and clean. i really appreciated how helpful they were during my whole stay!
The breakfast was a bit basic, and i felt it could use some improvement. The garbage bin wasn't changed for four days even when mentioned.

I found the separate bedroom from the living room especially useful. On-site parking offered convenience and security. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at reception. The breakfast buffet provided a good selection of choices.
I noticed there were no complimentary bottled drinking water available in the rooms.

uneven experience
dirty bathroom leaking shower head
the staff greeted me very cute.
the bathroom didn't feel quite clean to me, i found some long hairs in the corners. the shower head leaked also, it made a weird noise. i really wanted more hooks in the room, it was hard to hang my damp towels.

The breakfast was fantastic! Loads of choices WERE available. The parking situation was great as I felt my car was left in a safe place. The staff were super friendly and cute. I really felt at home.
The windows CANNOT be opened. The air felt stuffy. The bathroom cleanliness was not what I expected for a supposed 4-star hotel. I noticed some long black hairs in the bathroom corners and the shower head had a slight leak.

basic breakfast inconsistent housekeeping
I found the housekeeping service inconsistent. my bathroom garbage bin was not emptied for four days, even after i reported it. the breakfast was also disappointing. It felt very basic.

The staff provided detailed guidance on local attractions. Jason was especially helpful. breakfast was excellent with a good variety. the weekday evening social hour offered a relaxed atmosphere for a drink.
finding the parking entrance at night proved a little difficult since i missed the small exit code on the keycard.

Excellent Suite Amenities
recent refurbishment comfortable bed
The location allowed easy access to the city center and the Quayside restaurants. The apartment was recently refurbished and included all necessary amenities. The laundry room proved useful and the 24-hour coffee service was lovely. The bed offered great comfort with soft carpet adding to the experience.
The windows did not open to allow fresh air in, even with the air conditioning. I noticed some staff members were cute while others seemed less engaged. It would be helpful to have a drying rack in the room.
