Excellent Stay in the Heart of the Village
friendly staffclean conservatorybroken thermostat
The staff were attentive at breakfast (especially helpful with dietary requests). The conservatory looked very light, airy, and clean for dining. I found a free car park about a two minute walk from the hotel, a surprising bonus in the area.
The shower's thermostat was broken, dispensing extraordinarily hot water. It should have been checked before arrival. I recommend asking for more pillows because the ones provided went flat.

The staff made accommodations for us at very short notice over a very busy period. The team ensured all needs were met with promptness and a genuine willingness to assist all guests. I appreciated the attentiveness.

The shower thermostat was not working. It delivered hot water (I could not use it). This poses a safety risk and should have been checked before I arrived. The vegetarian options on the menu were limited (I have dietary restrictions).

I enjoyed the central location and friendly staff. The food tasted great and a warm welcome was given. Breakfast was amazing and I loved the garden.
The thermostat in the shower was broken so I had extraordinarily hot water. It was not only unuseable but dangerous. The pillows went flat and I recommend asking for more.

My room was nice, it had all the essentials I needed. The common areas provide nice spaces for downtime when you are not in your room. The hotel is near the town square and it has many shops. there are other restaurants close to the location, very convenient.
I noticed there was no bathroom lock on the door. My room was very small and right opposite the Co-Op. Deliveries came very early in the morning, this created a lot of noise.
