loud noise unhonored request
The breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. It was acceptable.
The room was too noisy. Sleeping was impossible because of the air conditioner. I requested a different room, but my request was not honored. The reception ladies forgot about the bath with no GAS

fantastic location and service
great location italian speaking varied choice
the hotel locate near the train station. it made travel to other cities so easy. i liked that the staff speak in italian too. i enjoyed the breakfast, it had many choices.
the room was a bit small. i have better expectations about that.

excellent stay near the station
helpful staff large room functional balcony coffee machine
the staff was helpful. my room was relatively large (a pleasant surprise). i had a balcony with a decent view. the air conditioning worked very well. i found the room to be clean. i appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. i also used the refrigerator to keep my drinks cold.
The bathroom was a bit small. It was not a big problem though.

I really appreciated the proximity to the train station. It made day trips easy. the daily cleaning was thorough and consistent, maintaining a high standard throughout my stay. i found the breakfast buffet amazing with lots of options to choose from.
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.

convenient location train station bathroom drains strong odor
The location was convenient to the train station. It was really close.
The room reeked, i think it was from the bathroom drains. It was unpleasant and made it hard to relax though the staff didn't seem to care much.
