Acceptable Stay. Issues with Communication
limited amenitiesroom type
My experience had some problems. I requested a bathrobe. I also wanted slippers. The hotel staff said they didn't have either of these items available. I was told to call room service for bottled water. Room service stated they don't offer that. It was a frustrating waste of time. The staff clarified all these issues happened due to my "Standard Room".

i found the hotel very close to terminal one. the staff offered assistance with luggage transport to terminal one by car upon request. there was easy access to the railway station and tram stops. getting into the city and along the coast was easy

the room had super comfy beds and an iron. the staff was very helpful. the hotel is close to the tram and saint augustin train station, this makes going everywhere easy.
i asked for a bathrobe and slippers, but they said they didn't have any. i also asked for bottled water, but they told me to call room service. room service said they don't provide such a service. it was a completely wasted half an hour of miscommunication.
