Underwhelming Stay with Some Issues
poor air conditioningmissing amenities
I encountered some problems . The air conditioning in the room barely worked. I had to ask for a fan. there was a lack of attention to detail. The room had no bathrobes and slippers initially, though they brought them later after I requested it. (These details matter!)

i found the staff helpful at reception and during breakfast service the staff spoke english well and were readily available i appreciated the birthday cake and wine left in the room upon arrival the swimming pool was a plus for the kids and the jacuzzi was relaxing
the air conditioning in my room seemed a little ineffective even when set low the room felt warm

the location provided easy access to public transport . the room was clean and well kept, i found it comfortable. the breakfast offered many fresh choices, it catered to various tastes. the pool area was cool, clean, and very refreshing , all family members enjoyed it.
i found the beds to be a little firm.
