Excellent stay
spacious room comfortable bed breakfast variety prompt service
The hotel provided a spacious room, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options, i liked the spa. Staff was kind and gave a prompt service and the shopping center close to the hotel gave me a lot of options.

The breakfast had good variety, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes and the restaurant served good quality food. I was grateful for the many options available for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel included a spa area, but it was a shame that i had to pay to access to the gym. There was also a shopping center within walking distance, i found it very practical.

The room had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. Daily room service maintained the cleanliness. The view from the upper floor was amazing, especially at night.

the staff at reception did provide early check in, so that was acceptable.
the rooms temperature control was pathetic and it was overheated. my colleagues said the same, i dont stay here again.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options available. I found the dishes were fresh. The reception staff helped me call a taxi. The room was clean and the bed linen was white.

the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. this offers great convenience for buying bottled water and snacks. the breakfast had diverse options. i liked the mini pancake maker.
the pillows were very flat. they offered little support.

clean room birthday gift plentiful breakfast shopping mall
The room was very clean! The hotel provided a birthday gift, a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I found many options. A shopping mall opposite the hotel offered great convenience. I also found a couple of great restaurants nearby!
The elevators felt a bit slow during peak hours, but it was a minor inconvenience.
