twin beds international channels effective air conditioning
I stayed in a superior room pool view. It had two twin beds pushed together. the tv worked well. It offered several international channels. the air conditioning was effective, though it was a bit noisy at night.
the shuttle bus to the beach was often crowded, which sometimes made it difficult to get a seat.

Excellent Stay Near the Sea
friendly staff good food clean room
I found the staff to be very friendly. The food had good variety and taste. The rooms are kept very clean . I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the beaches.
The gym had limited equipment. I would have liked more options for a complete workout.

The food was very good with special dishes daily, i notice. I also found that restaurant staff was excellent, very attentive. There are much choices for meals at any meal time.

The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Air conditioning works great in the rooms and provide effective temperature control. Every room include a large wardrobe and a safe for use.

The hotel provide a free shuttle bus to the beach and other key locations. The bus service go to Old Market and Naama Bay. Taxis were always available at the hotel .

The animation team make much games through the day. I watch they provide many programs and work hard. The reservation process don't take more than ten minutes, that was great.

clean rooms spacious rooms karaoke night great animation team average food closed bars miserable staff
the housekeeping maintained very clean and spacious rooms. i enjoyed a trip to the hard rock cafe karaoke night with the all you can drink bar. the animation team.
the food used to be good all inclusive. now i would describe it as average. outside bars close at about 5pm. the only bar open after dark has no atmosphere and miserable staff.

Fantastic Stay at a Great Hotel
enthusiastic team daily entertainment themed cuisine
I found the animation team was enthusiastic and engaging. They provided various activities and entertainment throughout the day. The food featured a different theme each night. I thought the staff were friendly and approachable. The staff always remembered my drink orders.
The noise level at the pool was higher than expected. I would have prefered a quieter environment. did not respect others wanting to relax. This issue was a bit bothersome .

helpful staff clear water
The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to store luggage after checkout because our flight departed late at night. The rooms were very clean. The hotel has two beaches, each accessible via a complimentary shuttle. This added such a loving touch. coral beach has clear water, perfect for snorkeling.
the lobby bar lacked the spark of the outdoor areas.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
itchy bedding limited selection
The staff was generally friendly of 4 nights.
The food selection was quite limited, I found myself eating out on multiple occasions. The bedding also felt old. The sheets felt scratchy and were not particularly comfortable. the room did not seem as clean as expected.
