the housekeeping maintained very clean and spacious rooms. i enjoyed a trip to the hard rock cafe karaoke night with the all you can drink bar. the animation team.
the food used to be good all inclusive. now i would describe it as average. outside bars close at about 5pm. the only bar open after dark has no atmosphere and miserable staff.

I found the animation team was enthusiastic and engaging. They provided various activities and entertainment throughout the day. The food featured a different theme each night. I thought the staff were friendly and approachable. The staff always remembered my drink orders.
The noise level at the pool was higher than expected. I would have prefered a quieter environment. did not respect others wanting to relax. This issue was a bit bothersome .

helpful staffclear water
The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to store luggage after checkout because our flight departed late at night. The rooms were very clean. The hotel has two beaches, each accessible via a complimentary shuttle. This added such a loving touch. coral beach has clear water, perfect for snorkeling.
the lobby bar lacked the spark of the outdoor areas.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
friendly staffitchy beddinglimited selection
The staff was generally friendly of 4 nights.
The food selection was quite limited, I found myself eating out on multiple occasions. The bedding also felt old. The sheets felt scratchy and were not particularly comfortable. the room did not seem as clean as expected.
