i thoroughly appreciated the hotel's proximity to museums and parks, it made exploring so easy. i found the staff at the front desk to be helpful and kind. the spacious room allowed me to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.
the breakfast selection could include more variety of hot food items.

the staff was friendly enough, i guess. the breakfast buffet had like, eggs or something.
Okay, so first off, the air conditioning barely worked. I was practically sweating all night. then, to make matters worse, the room was tiny. i reminded me of i was staying in a closet, not a hotel room i paid for. plus, no fridge? seriously?

The location proved beneficial, especially since it allowed quick access to museums. The staff responded well to our requests. The room was generally quiet, and the cleanliness met expectations.
The air conditioning did not function effectively, despite reporting it. The parking situation also presented a challenge. Spaces for certain types of vehicles were unavailable. The Wi-Fi was out of service for multiple days
