Excellent Stay Near Checkpoint Charlie

The hotel provided a very clean room I could adjust the heating easily. I appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air. The breakfast included many options, such as fruit and waffles. Refusing room cleaning earned me a free drink from the hotel bar.

The reception staff offered a slightly later checkout, I found that very helpful. The breakfast staff was lovely and very attentive to all guests. The cleaner was friendly and did a fantastic job.

The location is close to Checkpoint Charlie.

The room I got was pretty disappointing. The duvet barely covered the bed, I guess they were aiming for that minimalist look or something. Breakfast seemed way overpriced for what they offered. I expected more for the cost.

The location was super convenient to the train station. I found it was walkable to the city center too. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was surprised there was no refrigerator in the room. The explanation did not make sense.
