Excellent Stay Near Checkpoint Charlie
clean room adjustable heating many options free drink
The hotel provided a very clean room I could adjust the heating easily. I appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air. The breakfast included many options, such as fruit and waffles. Refusing room cleaning earned me a free drink from the hotel bar.

The reception staff offered a slightly later checkout, I found that very helpful. The breakfast staff was lovely and very attentive to all guests. The cleaner was friendly and did a fantastic job.

Breakfast offered several options, gluten free too. I found fruit, porridge, eggs, bacon, waffles, juice and lots of coffee. There is value in the variety and the quality of ingredients.

The hotel has private rooms and I found everything needed inside. I appreciated the safe in the wardrobe. The location is advantageous, close to transport links. The room was quiet at night.

Underwhelming Stay Near Checkpoint Charlie
short duvet overpriced breakfast
The location is close to Checkpoint Charlie.
The room I got was pretty disappointing. The duvet barely covered the bed, I guess they were aiming for that minimalist look or something. Breakfast seemed way overpriced for what they offered. I expected more for the cost.

convenient location friendly staff missing refrigerator strange explanation
The location was super convenient to the train station. I found it was walkable to the city center too. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was surprised there was no refrigerator in the room. The explanation did not make sense.
