The location was near the train station as expected.

The wardrobe door in my room did not open or close. The tv also did not work (I did complain about it). The breakfast service seemed understaffed as tables were not cleared quickly and the buffet lacked items.

The room was very big and clean. I especially liked that. i also appreciated the bed, there were so many pillows to choose from, which met my needs!

the air conditioning was far from enough, it was super warm. i don't think it worked well.

the location suited my needs perfectly. i was close to the train station and the mall, this location was pretty convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and spacious.

the internet access was a bit weak. this made working remotely challenging. it did impacted my productivity .
