Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The location was ideal. I appreciated being right in front of the Castello. The building had wonderful architectural details. The staff at reception were helpful and communicative for anything I needed. I am very grateful.
The system for getting in and out of the hotel was a bit inconvenient. To get into the building I needed to call someone. It was not a WhatsApp call, but a data call.

The room was very comfortable with stylish, contemporary decor. Free water and snacks in the room were a nice bonus. I appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail.

The historical building has been well kept. The hotel is close to the Cadorna Station and M1 Metrowith easy access to transportation. This made getting around the area simple.

A little Italian breakfast was available in the room. I could refill items in the hallway. This was a convenient way to start the day before heading out.

the location is superb, right by the park and only minutes from shops. the staff, especially debora, were helpful. our room was clean, colourful, and very inviting. i felt safe because the building had locked gates at the entrance.
the building's entry system was a bit inconvenient. i needed to make an international call to gain access. one evening, no one answered after several attempts, but luckily another guest opened the door.

there is no restaurant within the hotel itself. many food choices exist nearby with convenient delivery services available. several bakeries and restaurants are within easy walking distance, providing diverse culinary options.
