the gardens had a lovely atmosphere, a real treat. i found breakfast in my room a very convenient option. the pool was very classy and well kept.
I Noticed some insects in the suite, it was an unwelcome surprise. some staff create me a bit of discomfort. I found the check-out process rigid. the lack OF lighting near the oasis lodge entrance at night reminded me of a safety concern.

the private garden was acceptable it offered a space for relaxation
i found some insects in the suite that was quite annoying also checking out a little late caused an issue with a staff member she behaved with rudeness

The villa had really beautiful garden surroundings. There was a very spacious private garden. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Some insects were present in the suite. Checkout time at noon was a bit tight, and a slight delay due to the children caused some annoyance from a hotel employee. I found that quite rude.
