The hotel grounds were kept immaculately. I saw a large team of cleaners and gardeners work hard. The pools looked super clean. The food was good and the dining staff were very efficient. They were also friendly. The location of this hotel is great! I liked that La Caleta is a favorite part of Tenerife.
the room was NOT as nice as I expected. The room decor was "tired" I thought. The door stop was broken. There was no complimentary bottle of water on arrival. So I had to buy one from the bar, and there was no bottle opener in the room.

Amazing Pools and Great Shuttle

I found the hotel gardens and pool areas wonderful. A convenient shuttle bus was available. The piano bar provided excellent quiet entertainment. I liked that my room was cleaned daily and sheets and towels were replaced (unless I used the 'do not disturb' sign).
The buffet's food temperature wasn't always hot enough, a slight letdown.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (a feature I greatly enjoyed!). The double room offered ample space for luggage and movement, contributing to a relaxed stay. Air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.

The hotel benefits from a great location with easy access to nearby attractions. A supermarket sits conveniently close to the hotel. I noticed that a representative from a tour bureau is available daily.

The buffet offered a wide selection of food. The variety at breakfast was awesome (especially the fruit!). A self-service bar with branded drinks was available at the privilege lounge.
