Staff was friendly. The location was quiet but only minutes from the square. A lovely roof garden held loungers and a traditional breakfast.
The driver had an unpleasant attitude and did not help with baggage. The room looked dusty, and towels seemed old. There was low amenities in the shower.

I found the staff helpful and cute. They organized a trip to Ourika Valley for me. The location is perfect within the Medina near Jemaa el-Fna square Mellah El Badi and Bahia Palaces.
The pickup arrangement from the train station could have been better communicated.

The riad features multiple outdoor seating areas beyond the rooms, all well kept. The rooftop area is especially charming for relaxation. I found the staff very accommodating, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. (the pancakes were good!)
The street is a little bit dark at night. i never felt unsafe.

The breakfast includes a very nice traditional assortment of pastries and breads. The hotel menu offers a three-course meal for 20€, it is delicious and very generous. I enjoyed the mint tea service at any hour i wanted.

The staff are helpful with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. They arranged a private guide upon my request. Staff recommendations for dinner and lunch included off-the-beaten-path places, which i appreciated.

My room, the Attarine Double Room, was spacious and very clean. The bathroom provided all necessary commodities including q-tips and makeup remover cotton. The air conditioning worked well .

The staff was genuinely helpful and cute. Breakfast featured fresh fruit and delicious crepes each morning.. they even arranged taxis. The rooftop terrace provided a perfect escape after a busy day exploring.
The shower fixture in the bathroom was a bit loose, causing water to splash around.
