The room was very clean, and the towels felt particularly soft. I found the breakfast inclusive and excellent. The staff prepared eggs upon request! The hotel was quiet, which I liked a lot, and it is located very close to the train station. The multi-lingual staff were really friendly.
It created a slight issue when I arrived.

The room provided a large bathroom with an extra-large shower, offering much space. It included an amazing view of the river. Temperature control worked well to ensure comfort! The bed was comfortable. I slept very well.

The bar area created a relaxing atmosphere and served refreshing drinks. I liked the architectural and interior design elements. They had a charming and stylish appeal! The breakfasts had an excellent variety. I tried so many things.

The location is central and very convenient, so walking to many amenities is very easy. The hotel is near the promenade. One can easily view the Douro from there in the mornings. Many city attractions were close by. I easily accessed them.

The staff worked hard to ensure everything was good and demonstrated a friendly attitude. The staff are willing to do anything to. check-in was quick! They were polite. It was a smooth stay.

The location it had potential, however, i think the noise from the nearby street was intense. the soundproofing needs improvement. also, i think the breakfast lacked variety. The same items were available every day and a bit limited selection, it become kinda boring after a few days.
