central location good selection
the hotel location was central to many attractions. the room was clean, and breakfast had a good selection. the staff addressed all issues professionally .
the room had no fridge, kettle, or hot water for making tea. this. i needed those amenities.

I was so thrilled with the location. it made exploring super easy! the rooftop breakfast area was a total winner. It added such a special touch to my mornings. i really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were, they were always ready with a smile.

central location helpful staff outdated furniture street noise
i was super happy with the central location. it made exploring so easy. the staff were always ready to help with directions. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety. i loved the fresh pastries and fruit.
the room felt a bit outdated. the furniture looked old, and the lighting wasn't great! the noise from the street at night was a problem, i found it hard to sleep sometimes because of the traffic.

the staff i encountered were very friendly and helpful. the location proved to be excellent , as it allowed easy access to many attractions.
the room i had felt quite outdated , and the furniture seemed old. the breakfast offered was very basic , with limited options available.

Acceptable, but some issues
hard beds lack of apology
The location was good for walking. I will give it that.
The room seemed outdated, and I found the beds to be really hard. Not exactly a recipe for a restful vacation. Housekeeping threw away my water bottles. They were on the desk with personal stuff. No compensation occurred. No apology happened either.

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is close to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. I found the staff very helpful. They stored my luggage before check-in and placed it in my room. I also left my luggage after checkout and they stored it safely.
The breakfast was basic. The hotel refused a refund when my flights were cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
