dated condition poor food
The staff at the pool bar provided good service. That was acceptable.
the hotel condition seemed dated. i noticed ac units were dripping in hallways. the breakfast buffet offered variety, but the food quality was disappointing.

cleanliness of room sea view amazing comfort
the team welcomed me warmly right from the lobby. the staff assisted with my mum, who uses a wheelchair. they showed genuine care and helped us in every way possible! i especially appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of my room. the sea-facing room had a wonderful view, amazing!

breakfast featured a great spread with beyond-expectation taste and a variety of options. i would highly recommend trying the breakfast during your stay. the sitting arrangement was also well-organized by the staff on duty.

my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. it had a fine sea view my family totally enjoyed! the house keeping was very good. i enjoyed the nice beach with a beautiful area to walk and sit opposite the sea, watching big ships.

Fantastic family getaway!
breakfast buffet helpful staff kid activities friendly staff
The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had a very wide variety of both hot and cold options. The staff were very good too assist with any dietary requirements. My family really enjoyed all the activities available for kids. My son was never bored. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The gym did NOT have adequate air conditioning. This was less than ideal.

The hotel enjoys a PERFECT location for exploring the island, with convenient access to various attractions and activities. Free Sentosa bus services are available. This allows for effortless travel around the island.

Breakfast at Silver Shell Cafe offered a very wide variety of food. It included both hot and cold options as well as international cuisines. The restaurants accommodated my husband's dietary needs expertly.

pool area activities staff ants problem short cord
the pool was ok. activities staff tried to engage the guests.
the room wasnt cleaned hotel. i saw ants all through it. the kettle cord was too short, so i couldnt plug it in.

pool slide quick service slow check-in rude manager
The pools had slides. My daughter loved them. the service was so quick (even when it was busy!).
The check-in took forever. one of the managers seemed a bit rude when we asked about a police report. It was not a good experience.
