the breakfast included a good variety of options, like fresh fruit and local pastries. the room included a kettle with tea and coffee replenished daily. i liked the nautical theme present throughout the hotel, with many maritime artifacts displayed. staff were friendly and provided local recommendations.
i thought the stairs were steep, which might be difficult with mobility issues.

my room offered adequate space with a comfortable bed and clean linens. the ensuite bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a powerful shower. amenities included a television with satellite channels and free, reliable wifi.

The four-poster bed was so comfortable. Breakfast each morning provided such delight, it had so many delicious options. The staff seemed wonderfully attentive and kind. I remember the nautical antiques added a special touch to the atmosphere.
The room was rather warm. A fan was needed to. I asked for one.

the king room had lovely harbor view. bottled water and biscuits were a nice touch. breakfast included really good kippers. staff was friendly and service was quick.
the cream blind in the bathroom door let in light so it was hard to sleep.
