the rooms decor included woodwork. breakfast had nice interior in the restaurant. beds were comfy in my room. a compact room it was.
it was probably a fresh paint. also, water in the bath did drain hardly. the room seemed outdated.

The location allowed for very easy access to many attractions. The staff were friendly and ready to assist me with any questions I had (a helpful team).
My room lacked a proper work table. There was only a small desk intended for a kettle and tea supplies. The toilet was also very small. It was difficult to sit comfortably.

the location MET expectations and offered easy access to sights.
The breakfast service was a DISASTER. On two mornings, the staff was unwelcoming. Requesting pancakes felt burdensome to them, resulting in slow service, they returned with just one plate, and a subsequent request was ignored for 15 minutes. Hallway noises sounded as if they were INSIDE the room, a problem.
