the location was acceptable, it was a short walk to the city centre.
I was quite disappointed with the extra charges. I found that two coffee capsules were provided, but more cost extra, and laundry detergent was not provided for the washing machine in the room. also, the tv didn't work, it just seemed to be a monitor. the armchair was not comfortable either. It was too hard.

The staff was really helpful with directions. i found the room to be very clean on arrival. the washing machine in the room was definitely a plus. It came in handy after a day of exploring.
The tv did not work, it was just a monitor. wi-fi signal was not strong, it was only one bar. there was no air conditioner. Instead, i had a pedestal fan, but it was quite noisy.

The hotel is modern and well-kept. my room included a stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, and even a washing machine. i found the location very convenient, close to the train station and with easy access to attractions. I could walk almost everywhere.
i noticed there was no air conditioning in my room, a little warm at times. this could be an issue during warmer months, so i hope they consider adding it in the future.
