merely adequate accommodations

outdated decor general state
the hotel's location proved acceptable, providing easy access to the city center.
I found the room disappointing. It felt rather outdated, certainly not what one expects. the tired decor and lack of modern amenities left a lot to be desired. I felt let down by its general state of repair.

polite staff perfect location old room few food options
The staff was polite and helpful to me. The room they gave me was big and warm, I loved it. It had all I needed. Location was also perfect to me.
The breakfast don't have many food options at all. The room appear old to me. It was not worth the money I paid for.

best location friendly staff quiet room luxurious rooms 4th floor sewerage smell
the location was definitely the best. the staff at the reception was friendly. rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet at night.
the website showed far more luxurious rooms than i got. the room was on the 4th floor and was perfectly comfortable but not 4. there is a strong sewerage smell in the lobby toilet and this needs looking into, as it can also be smelt in the lift shaft.
