Really good Farm Stay Experience

The breakfast includes home produce and is cooked to perfection in the open kitchen. The location is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The spacious room was immaculate, this includes fresh bedding and towels and also a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
I noticed that the tv reception was sometimes a little weak (but it didn't really bother me).

The king room included hot drinks facilities and comfortable furnishings. The large ensuite bathroom features modern fixtures. Bedding and towels felt new (a small but important detail).

Breakfast includes a variety of home-cooked options prepared right in front of you. Coffee was super fresh, which i consider a huge plus. The dining area offered comfortable seating with fine views of the surrounding landscape.

The room was super clean upon arrival. I found it fully prepared for my stay. The view from the window offered a calming vista. Breakfast was amazing with dishes freshly prepared in the open kitchen..
The coffee machine made a slight noise when dispensing.

Really good Farm Stay Experience!

The breakfast offered a good start to each day, prepared fresh and featured plentiful, tasty ingredients. I enjoyed the nice and neat room provided. I found the hosts cute and helpful. The location is fine with wonderful views surrounding the hotel.
I noticed one very slight issue, the television remote control needed new batteries.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! All guests could observe the food preparation process. The full English breakfast included plentiful, fresh items. I found it very tasty.

a mixed experience
disruptive noisesleep disruption
the banging noise at night really bothered me. it lasted for a while, maybe twenty minutes. it was near midnight, and i found it quite disruptive. the noise definitely impacted my sleep.

Really good Stay at a Wonderful Farm

The breakfast was indeed fabulous. It was cooked in front of us. The lounge area had games which was great for families. I liked the clean architecture and contemporary spaces.
I noticed some loud banging on the guest entrance late at night. Raised voices were audible. The noise disrupted sleep.

The farm enjoys a great location providing peace and quiet. I could get to town easily. The views from the farm stretch across the Pennines and offer a serene backdrop for any visit.

acceptable breakfastfaulty systemcold room
the breakfast was acceptable.
The heating was a PROBLEM. even after i contacted the host, the room stayed very cold. the faulty system never really warmed up the room. It was quite frustrating!
