the location was convenient near the tram stop making city access simple. the room's canal view from the bar and restaurant stood out. housekeepers maintained a clean room including the washroom each day.
the hotel did not provide glasses for water in the room instead paper cups were used.

Excellent Stay with Canal Views

I booked a room that provided an excellent canal view. The room was very clean and cozy, which I appreciated. The bed was huge, offering plenty of space to relax. A bench inside the room conveniently held two open luggages. The bathroom was clean and cute.
The coffee pods in the room were not labeled (I prefer to know if I am drinking decaf), and there was no sugar or cream available. It was only a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area removed from the city center, which makes for a peaceful stay. There is easy access to the city via tram, only a short walk from the hotel. This balance makes the area ideal.

The rooms all have glass windows from floor to ceiling, which gives you a good view of the surrounding area. It makes the room bright and airy. There are also hot tubs (the hotel has a panoramic view!).

The staff was lovely and helpful . I was able to arrange a late check-out, giving me some extra time to relax. The staff also gave helpful directions for using public transport.

The view of the canal from my room was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed watching the city from my window. The staff at the front desk were helpful. Mr Mahir was especially kind. The room was compact and clean.
I had to close the curtains because the lights from the football stadium shined into my room. It was a little inconvenient. The room was either far too bright or far too dark.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, and I found it very fresh. The breakfast had a variety of foods, so there was something for everyone, even picky eaters, to enjoy. The restaurant had a relaxed, cute atmosphere.

The hotel has a comfortable lounge area. There is also a seating area by the canal. It was very serene. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the stadium, with access to events and public transport.

My room, a beautiful double room, offered ample space. The bathroom was quite modern with a big shower. I found several facilities, like an iron and a hairdryer. The breakfast selection included many tasty options with great views from the breakfast area.
The gym was somewhat underwhelming. It needed more equipment.
