I loved the hotel's stylish design. It exuded luxury in every detail. the staff were always polite and ready to help! anything i asked for arrived quickly, like a fan and extra towels. this. I'd come back any time!!!
I found the lighting insufficient. there weren't many electric outlets. I had to plan my charging carefully. i really would have wanted better illumination.

the hotel's location in the nagen straatjes neighborhood was fantastic. i was close to main sights, yet removed from the craziness. the prinsengracht location provided a central and convenient base.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are fantastic. It feels as though you are staying at home. Luxury has a laid back feel.
I did not like anything. During check in the attendant was very rude, it seemed like a bus station. My window faced the hallway where everyone passed. I could not even open the curtain EVER.
