modern rooms and handy location
clean room spacious room rainfall shower small fridge
the room was clean and spacious. i had a nice double bed and a desk. the bathroom included a rainfall shower, which i enjoyed. a small fridge was also available.
The self-check-in kiosk felt impersonal. I missed a human touch.

the hotel offers a fresh-up station with drinks and fruit near the reception. there is an underground parking available across the street, a very convenient feature. a gym is available with multiple machines, i didn't count exactly how many.

the hotel is very close to the european parliament and the bruxelles-luxembourg train station. i was able to walk to the city center in about 25-30 minutes. several stores near the hotel remain open late.

poor lightning rickety coffee machine
the room was clean and the location was acceptable.
The hotel was extravagantly expensive. it now feels dated and needs refurbishing. i was upgraded to a suite, however, i was left with two enormous rooms that had very poor lightning and no overhead lights anywhere. the coffee machine was rickety. Its water tank kept falling off.

stylish brussels stay
friendly staff sweet gesture pool table
i found the room setup excellent for families. the breakfast provided a great start to the day. the staff demonstrated friendly service consistently. upon arrival, my children received a box of sweets, a kind gesture. the pool table in the reception area offered enjoyable entertainment.
i encountered a minor issue with the room not being thoroughly vacuumed upon arrival. dirt and hair were noticeable in certain spots on the floor. this detracted slightly from the otherwise high standard of cleanliness.

The room featured a huge desk. It was perfect to place my laptop and work materials. the bathroom was also spacious and the bed was super nice!!!
the hotel staff did not seem to know much about parking or the electric car chargers available nearby.
