The location was very convenient to everything I wanted to see. Concierge service was excellent.
Unfortunately, the pillows were uncomfortable and cheap. The mattress was also not comfortable. I felt the quality did not match a four-star hotel (maybe it's just me).

The location was excellent. It was very central and modern.
The beds were not comfortable and narrow. there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. the reception took a 75 eur reservation and i only got it back a few days after my stay. It was annoying.

The breakfast staff was very friendly. Facilities were very clean. I appreciated that. My room was very spacious, and the bed was more comfortable than my own at home.
I found the room overpriced, and the facilities were poor. There was no water provided in the room. I found only one tea bag with no milk, just ream. The air con kept turning off. That was frustrating
