missing milk no full-length mirror
The room was alright , but some minor things were missing. There was no mini fridge , which would have been really useful , and I couldn't find a full-length mirror anywhere , a real problem. The tea and coffee machine was there , but it didn't even have milk.

a solid choice
friendly staff personalised note
the staff was very friendly. i received a personalised welcome note on my bed. the lobby offered sweets and fruit AS a bonus. there was air conditioning and comfortable beds.
The hotel is opposite a church. the MASSIVE church bell rang every 30 minutes. it rang between 7am and 10pm. soundproofing was non-existent. This made it hard to sleep.

The location was very good. It was a close walk to Museumplein. vondelpark was a stone's throw away. a very cute market was right outside the door, it was great.

i had a cozy room that was warm and comfortable. the room WAS lovely with a nice view. it felt quiet, i liked it a lot. the staff was also lovely.

being able to leave bags prior to and after check out was excellent. i was able to enjoy every moment. there is a working elevator for upper-floor access. this was very helpful.

helpful staff ideal location relaxing experience missing fridge tiny bathroom security deposit
i found the staff to be super accommodating! the location was also ideal, VERY close to the museums and Vondelpark. the garden outside my patio door was a nice SURPRISE. it.
The room lacked a fridge. the bathroom was tiny, TOO tiny for two people to use comfortably. the hotel security deposit was a charge, not a hold. This was not ideal.

the location suited my needs quite well.
my Room was VERY small. The bathroom showed its age. I also found the lack of Air conditioning UNACCEPTABLE, particularly given the price point.

i found the staff very friendly and accommodating. my room included a balcony that offered a nice view. various cafes in the area provided options for brunch. the hotel's proximity to museums and restaurants was very convenient.
i noticed a church opposite the hotel has a bell that rings every half hour from 7am to 10pm.

The location was excellent for walking and public transport. The staff was fantastic. breakfast was excellent. I found the room spacious and comfy. there was a view over the garden. I thought it was lovely.
