difficult stairs mobility challenge
The location suited my needs just fine. The tram stop right outside proved quite convenient.
The absence of an elevator presented a real challenge. Maneuvering luggage up the narrow, steep stairs proved quite difficult. This setup is far from ideal for anyone with mobility issues or heavy bags.

Fantastic Stay with a Personal Touch!
friendly staff great location
The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, it, the reception cat!). The location is great with easy access to the tram right outside. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast with its fruit selection and cheese.
The single room felt small and I could hear quite a bit of noise from upstairs. Every step or movement vibrated the room, hard to find peace and quiet sometimes.

My single room offered a view of the rear terrace, unexpected. The room includes comfortable beds and big fluffy pillows , made sleeping a dream. It's a good space for winding down after a busy day.

I liked the lobby area because it had free coffee and snacks. I also saw a bar with reasonably priced drinks. The luggage storage was really convenient and the staff was accommodating when I needed to store my bags.

superb location friendly staff cozy vibe
The location is superb, facilitating easy walks throughout the city. Breakfast offered sufficient choices including my favorite croissants. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area. I found a cozy vibe at the hotel.
The staircase is narrow. Carrying heavy suitcases up was a slight challenge.
