convenient location quick lifts accommodating staff
the location was convenient (i loved that) for exploring the area. there were quick lifts. the staff team was friendly and accommodating.

Adequate stay near Insadong
central location good size bedroom hanger abundance pre-worn slippers road noise limited amenities
The location near the Insadong cultural street proved convenient. A GS25 store offering robot-made food was just minutes away. The master bedroom was a good size, and the room included plenty of hangers.
I found that the complimentary slippers provided were pre-worn! There were notes everywhere stating what the hotel does not provide. This was quite unusual. Road noise was noticeable at night due to street cleaning.

good size tourist sites heart location
i found the location KEY for my stay. it is right in the heart of insadong. i walked to many tourist sites. the room was a good size.
the hotel staff wasn't so NICE. their english was poor!

basic breakfast damp clothes
This stay started promising. The location was good. I was close to many cafes. I had issues with the room itself. The washing machine was not good. Clothes took forever to dry and often remained damp. breakfast was very basic. It felt disappointing.

The staff at the reception were very helpful. They were also very accommodating and their English was perfect. The gentlemen who assisted us with our heavy bags were amazing.. I was very grateful. The location is excellent. The apartment was very large and clean. everything worked as expected.
There was no air-conditioning throughout the hotel. The apartment had a glass enclosed balcony without blinds and it became very hot. The heat then affected the whole apartment..
