handy location helpful staff mold issue limited space
I found the location to be quite handy. it's very close to myeongdong street market. the reception desk staff helped store our luggage for a few days before our stay. It allowed my wife and me to travel to busan more freely.
the bathroom had some mold. also, once three beds were placed in the room for triple occupancy, space became limited. the room lights weren't very bright, so the room felt a little dark.

convenient location friendly staff spacious room
the location was really convenient. it was very close to myeongdong shopping street (only a short walk). the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious enough for my needs.
the room temperature was difficult to adjust. despite opening a window, it remained stuffy. i requested a fan to help with the ventilation.

The hotel provided minimal toiletries. I had to buy a toothbrush from a vending machine in the lobby. there was no mini-bar in the room, but the hotel was clean and well-kept. the facilities are easy to use.

the hotel is right opposite the myeongdong shopping street (this makes it easy to access shops and restaurants). a subway entry is located at the hotel door, specifically line #1 city hall subway exit 6. this provides excellent access to public transport.

a starbucks is located on the ground floor, and there are at least two other coffee places nearby. a 7/11 and another convenience store are also on the adjoining street level. lotte department store is across the road (i recommend the basement level 1 food court).

Acceptable Location, Notable Issues
The location is convenient with easy access to public transport (I appreciated the proximity to the subway entrance).
My room was quite small and felt cramped. It barely accommodated my luggage (perhaps I should have paid extra for a bigger one).

totally rad location!
prime location clean room comfortable bed convenience store
this location seriously rocks! i was super close to myeongdong shopping streets and tons of cute cafes. the train stations were super easy to reach. the room? totally clean with a comfy bed plus the shower pressure was awesome. a convenience store downstairs saved me late at night.
the room lights? dim. hard to read, needed more light!

reasonable stay NEAR shopping district
convenient location helpful reception excellent tour small room missing door noisy air conditioner
The location worked well as it was close to transit systems. It was a bit hard to locate the hotel on the first day as we arrived quite late. The night market IS close by. The reception referred us to an A plus tour company who gave us an excellent tour, especially they took us to try the local cuisine.
The room IS very small and the bathroom shower does not have a door to keep the rest of the bathroom area dry. I thought the room would be much bigger and the bathroom set up would be nicer, considering the high price per night rate. We also found the air conditioner in our room made a dryer-like sound. It was not overly noisy. It was just a little annoying.

fantastic LOCATION, average room
modern bathroom superb shower easy exploring
the beautiful FAMILY room was spacious enough for our luggage and shopping bags. the modern bathroom included a superb shower and fixtures. the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants made exploring easy. netflix access on the tv was a bonus.
the room felt a little too small. there wasnt enough space for everything

the hotel location is excellent with subway stations within walking distance. Myeongdong shopping street is nearby and Lotte Duty Free is also close. Several tourist spots and many restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

the staff members are generally friendly and helpful. the general MANAGER kevin is professional and kind. andrew, another manager, does his best to ensure that guests enjoy their stay at the hotel.

The hotel offers a laundry facility which is very handy for longer stays. the main lobby is located on the 17th floor. This area offers comfortable seating. A convenience store and Starbucks are adjacent to the building.
