excellent location helpful staff soaking tub
the location was excellent, very close to many restaurants. the staff helped arrange an airport taxi right to the entrance after checkout. i enjoyed the soaking tub in the room.
i noticed a lot of fragrance throughout the hotel.

inadequate lighting eager staff
my room was quite dark due to its unfortunate view of another building. this made the interior lighting seem inadequate, it felt a bit like a dungeon. also, the breakfast service seemed a bit too eager to close up shop right at 9:30 am. they started switching off the toaster. i swear they wanted us out of there.

The location was superb, I found various eateries around. There is also an airport limousine bus service that goes from the airport directly to a bus stop nearby. The subway is about a short walk away.
The rooms are dark, I noticed. The phone charging plugs did not work. The pillows are too soft, I found.

a romantic stay in the heart of it all
central location attentive staff wonderful amenities complimentary drinks
I loved the location. It was so central to everything. the hotel staff were attentive and helpful, always smiling. the room itself had wonderful amenities, including a dyson hairdryer. our stay included complimentary drinks in the minibar, that was an unexpected treat.
the gym, though functional, felt a little small. but it provided a suitable space for a quick workout.

the staff seemed cheerful and helpful, always ready to assist. they facilitated our bus bookings, a plus for our travel plans. the front desk will always allow us to check in early as long as there's room availability

convenient location quick attention karaoke noise dark area
The hotel is conveniently located near several subway stations. this made it easy for me to get around. the staff resolved issues in my room quickly when i brought them up. I really appreciated their prompt attention. the hotel's location provided access to many food options too.
the hotel had some issues with noise. the karaoke bar behind the rear rooms played music late into the night. i found it hard to sleep even with the earplugs provided by the hotel. it was also pretty dark in the common areas. i thought it could have been cleaner.

The location is very convenient. It is situated right in the shopping district. The hotel rooms were very clean. I also appreciated that the refrigerator drinks were replenished daily and were complimentary. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful .
The gym was a little small, though it had the essentials for a decent workout.
