the hotel was very close to the airport and the free shuttle buses were convenient.
I was disappointed by the swimming pool. i was denied access because i did not have a swim cap and was told i had to buy one. i saw other guests swimming in the pool wearing regular hats. This felt unfair and inconsistent.

the shuttle to the airport runs frequently. it made it easy to get to the terminal. the room was also clean and it had enough space for my luggage. i liked the convenience of the location.
the air conditioning didn't seem to work well. the room felt a little warm even with the unit on. the bed and pillows were not what i expected from this hotel. i found their quality subpar.

the shuttle service was so prompt, i never waited more than a few minutes! my room was spacious plus super clean, always a win. i also appreciated the sauna, its a steamy 58 degrees celsius which felt great after a long flight, i never felt more clean!
the internet was bad, it was slow. i had to use my cellular data!

my beautiful king room offered generous space and a great view, it was so quiet! the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful sleep free from airport noise, i never woke up.

the hotel features a kids area with a pool, playground. a racetrack which is amazing. for adults, the sauna reached a temperature of 58 degrees celsius, it helps to soothe tired muscles plus refresh the mind.

the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to terminal 1 and 2. the paradise city casino is a short walk from the hotel, it is only two minutes away! getting around was so easy.

the hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. the king sized bed was huge and the pillows felt great. room service was efficient, and the food arrived hot. i asked for a late check-out and received a suite with a kitchen and soaking tub at a reasonable price.

My West Tower Beautiful King Room offered a comfortable bed. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower. I appreciate the complimentary shuttle service to both airport terminals. The hotel features two pools, one for lap swimming and another for families. I used the fitness area with kettlebells. I appreciated the helpful staff . I found the breakfast selection in the restaurant was varied. There were many options available. The hotel location is very close to the airport.
