inadequate ventilationovercrowded breakfast
the ventilation in the bathroom was inadequate. after a short shower, the room became completely filled with steam. also, the breakfast service was confusing. the color-coded tickets seemed pointless, and the breakfast area was overcrowded.

the location is great i tell ya. it is near all public transport and shops! my room on the 8th floor was quiet like i wanted. they had a good variety of food for breakfast its true!
check-in was, well, a complete disaster it seems! i think the mattress quality wasn't so good. you expect more from a four-star hotel you know?

The location is super convenient. It's walkable to almost everything! the rooms are clean and i really enjoyed the gym, sauna, bar, and the 24/7 food and drink station!!! breakfast was great, especially the fresh vegetables and fruits.
the self-service check-in system did not work upon my arrival, and i had to queue at the reception.
