i really enjoyed the helpful and cute staff i also found the location perfect for exploring the city the hotel felt luxurious and understated which i really appreciated
my room's air conditioning was difficult to adjust and that was a small inconvenience

Excellent stay!

I spent three nights there. The restaurant was amazing!!! I had a cheeseburger one day. It was delicious. The hotel is close to the original gate. It is also close to the Arena. I liked my experience a lot.
I was not given a space in the garage. I requested it by email. The receptionist offered a public garage that was far. I came in the middle of the night with luggage. Nobody helped me with my bags.

faulty toiletdangerous lift
The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own , I could not adjust it myself. The toilet also had an issue. It blocked more than once. The lift was a bit dodgy too , its doors did not close properly. A stay without room service around the clock , as stated on the website , was a letdown , especially after arriving late and finding all nearby restaurants closed. No fitness area or swimming pool was another disappointment , I expected more for the price.

the location was fantastic as it was minutes away from the main shopping areas.
The air conditioning system did not work properly. It either got very cold or turned off completely. i had to call the front desk, so they could control the ac from their end. this was inconvenient and made the room uncomfortable.
