the staff helped book restaurants. the building looked beautifully renovated. the location proved convenient .
the air conditioning system was dysfunctional. it either got very cold or turned off. housekeeping sometimes forgot to clean certain items. i missed a turn down service.

the location was fantastic as it was minutes away from the main shopping areas.
The air conditioning system did not work properly. It either got very cold or turned off completely. i had to call the front desk, so they could control the ac from their end. this was inconvenient and made the room uncomfortable.
