attentive staff helpful staff city attractions insufficient soundproofing dirty windows traffic noises
The staff was attentive and helpful. António Ferreira was very helpful. He has great people skills. We enjoyed how close the hotel was to the city attractions, and it safety was good. Breakfast WAS good.
The hotel did NOT have sufficient soundproofing to block out train and traffic noises. The hotel is a bit far from the center of the city. The windows were dirty which is unusual for such a nice hotel. This DID bother me.

a wonderful experience
valet parking friendly staff
i especially liked the valet parking service as it made arrival stress-free. the staff were friendly and professional so they ensured check-in went smoothly. the little treat of chocolate on our bed each night was a nice touch indeed.
I found spa access required extra payment. I thought spa amenities would be included. we paid a higher price that included breakfast so this detail was disappointing. this situation might deter our return.

The front desk staff were helpful. They quickly assisted with all requests. our room received daily meticulous housekeeping. the hotel location offered easy access to local attractions due to nearby public transport options.

secure parking diverse breakfast amazing shower
The upgraded large room was a welcome surprise. It included both a secure parking and diverse breakfast. Staff were attentive. The room offered an amazing shower. I enjoyed the relaxing indoor pool and spa, as well as the outdoor pool facilities. Antonio, the manager, helped me feel welcome. I relaxed during breakfast on the patio and enjoyed bar food at the bar.
Drinks service was a little slow.

high minibar prices limited tv channels
I must say, the minibar prices reminded me of highway robbery. i mean, 8 euros for a small bottle of water? really! and don't even get me started on the limited tv channels. I was hoping for some entertainment after a long day, but the selection was rather dull.

easy parking helpful staff lovely room high-quality breakfast
I found the parking very easy and accessible. The staff was consistently helpful . My room had a lovely design and amenities, I was happy with it. Breakfast offered a great start to the day with high-quality options.
I noticed minor wear in some areas of the hotel, such as slight scuffs on the walls. This did not impact my stay, but it was noticeable.
