attentive staff helpful staff city attractions insufficient soundproofing dirty windows traffic noises
The staff was attentive and helpful. António Ferreira was very helpful. He has great people skills. We enjoyed how close the hotel was to the city attractions, and it secure hotel. Breakfast WAS good.
The hotel did NOT have sufficient soundproofing to block out train and traffic noises. The hotel is a bit far from the center of the city. The windows were dirty which is unusual for such a nice hotel. This DID bother me.

I must say, the minibar prices was like highway robbery. i mean, 8 euros for a small bottle of water? really! and don't even get me started on the limited tv channels. I was hoping for some entertainment after a long day, but the selection was rather dull.
