Average stay with some issues.
small room street noise
The room size felt quite small (especially with luggage). I found the lack of on-site parking inconvenient because finding a spot nearby was difficult. The street noise was also a problem. It disrupted my sleep throughout my stay.

packed breakfast friendly staff quiet room remote location uncomfortable pillows unpleasant neighborhood
The staff packed a breakfast to go for us as i had to catch a train very early. the room was also quiet, so i slept without any noise issues! the room was clean. It included everything i needed for my visit.
the hotel was not very close to city center. reaching it required traversing a not very pleasant neighborhood. the pillows were horribly uncomfortable and old.

small size limited selection
The room SIZE was MUCH smaller than i anticipated. i had difficulty MOVING around WITH my luggage. the breakfast WAS also a letdown. THE selection was limited and the quality was substandard. i found THE dining area quite cramped.

The breakfast was GREAT and it was available until 11:30, WHAT a bonus. The hotel is quite close to the Metro and several restaurants. Super nice team ALL the time.
The staff was VERY unfriendly especially Fabian. He was NOT very sympathetic with our family situation.

friendly staff convenient location
the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is convenient with close proximity to the metro (the red line is useful for airport access). i appreciated that leaving my suitcases was easy while i went for a hike.
the street outside was busy (unloading luggage from the car was difficult because of limited parking space).
