excellent central stay
helpful staffcomfortable bedfresh pastriesmanager decision
the staff was very helpful in arranging a catamaran tour and taxis to the airport. the bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well, it kept the room very cool. breakfast items stocked in the kitchen included fresh pastries delivered each morning (a really nice touch).
The blackout caused some issues. I had checked out and left my bags and asked to stay another night due to airport closures, but the manager declined despite having free rooms.

the hotel location provides easy access to main attractions. the hotel is very close to many restaurants and the rio tejo waterfront is a short walk away.

breakfast includes fresh bread and pastries delivered daily. the fridge is stocked with breakfast items and fresh fruit is also provided (i especially liked the variety of fruits).

reception is available 24 hours a day, offering constant support. the hotel arranged a catamaran tour and taxi service for me (very convenient).
